Our story
Same falafel. Same family. Fifteen years on.
Our falafel starts with Grandma Yolande's recipe, which has been cooked in our family for over 80 years.
In 2011 we started selling it from one stall at St Nicholas Market. Fifteen years later there are five shops in Bristol and one in Bath, and the recipe hasn't changed.
Every falafel is still fried fresh to order, and our salads and sauces are made in our own kitchen every day.
