These are the terms and conditions of which Eat a Pitta Ltd have set out for when we supply these products to you via the online website and Wix restaurants online ordering system. 

 

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase on our website, and we recommend that you keep note of these for future reference. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions set out. 

 

If you do not agree to these conditions then you should not place an order.

Our website is operated by Eat a Pitta Ltd (“We”, “our” or “us”). We are registered as Eat a Pitta Ltd, Unit 9, Newbridge Trading Estate, Bristol, BS4 4AX. The company’s place of registration is Flat 145, The Eclipse, Broadwear, BS1 3DH.

Eat a Pitta Ltd is a business local to the city of Bristol, and each store is located within the city. The website’s online ordering system is only directly related to the company’s Broadmead store  and you will not be able to order a product to be collected from any of our other stores. 

 

When you make a purchase through our online ordering system, it is a legal contract between you (the customer) and us (Eat a Pitta Ltd). Your order is subject to the terms and conditions of our online sales and refund policy (see below). 

 

Service availability

 

When placing an online order, it is for the service of your food to be prepared. We do not currently offer a delivery service. 

 

We cannot provide a delivery service, so you, the customer, are responsible for collecting your order from our Broadmead store (3B Kiosk, Broadmead, Bristol BS1 3EA). You will not be able to collect your order from any other location.

 

Please note that if you are located too far from the collection location (I.e. outside of the city or country) We are not responsible for your order. We will hold orders that are pending collection until the closing time of the Broadmead store (8:00PM) but we cannot hold orders for longer than this period due to hygiene. If you do not collect your order on that day, you are responsible for not receiving your paid order.

 

 

Ordering

 

You may only place an order if you are at least 18 years old. By ordering, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

 

Please note that you can only order our product within the opening hours of our store, and you will not be able to place an online order outside of these times. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering at the time of close, as we may not be able to fulfil the order. In the case of this, you will be contacted and issued a refund if we cannot fulfil your order.

 

If you place an order via our website, you will be presented with a confirmation email that will confirm that your order has been received and will be processed by the staff in the store. Please make sure that your email address is correct so that you can receive your order confirmation and online receipt for your order.

 

If you have any dietary requirements, please use the ‘special requests’ section of the online ordering system so that our staff are aware of any dietary requests that you may have. As our staff are working in a busy store environment, we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination, but we can confirm that our staff will follow the correct procedures to eradicate any problems with contamination.

 

Cancellations and Returns

 

You have the right to cancel an order by telephoning the Broadmead Store up until a reasonable time prior to any food being used to start preparing your order. Please note that if you are placing an order for ASAP (As Soon As Possible) You will likely not be able to cancel your order as production will likely begin immediately after order confirmation.

 

If you wish to cancel an order after food has been used to start preparing it, you may, at the company’s sole discretion, be charged the full price of the order and no refund will be due to you.

 

In the unfortunate circumstance that the company need to cancel your order after it has been accepted, Eat a Pitta Ltd will notify you. We a reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.

 

You will not be charged for any orders we cancel. Any payment made prior to an order being cancelled by us will typically be reimbursed using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

 

We will provide a refund for the full paid price by the customer for an order that is proven to be not as the described order or a fault is found with your product. In this case, we will provide you with a refund amounting to the cash value of your total order.

Should you have a problem with your order, you can speak directly at the Broadmead store location or you can file a complaint using our contact form for general queries.

Prices and Payment

 

Prices are as quoted on our menus, Sites and in store and may change from time to time, although changes will not affect orders already placed (unless due to a technical error). Prices include VAT.

 

Payments for orders placed online are paid to us through WorldPay (See LINK for their terms and conditions). All orders can be paid by Credit or Debit card through Amex, Visa, or MasterCard only.

 

Written Communication

 

Applicable laws require that some of the information that we provide you should be in writing. When using our website, you accept that most of the written communication will be mainly electronic, and accessible through our website.

 

We may also provide you with relevant contact via email (i.e. confirmation of your order).
